or packaged meal.
For instance

hence
they get very less time to cook their meals. In turn, the children rely on junk
food
like burgers, sandwiches, fires and so on. It should
also
be taken into consideration that the young generation these days are committing more to a sedentary lifestyle. They are less involved in sports activities like playing out-door games, which sums up in burning fewer fats and add weight. Another reason is eating

Food
items like cheese and potatoes have more content of calories which is harmful if taken in excess proportion. The harmful effects of being overweight are of equal importance. Being obese leads to developing health problems like cardiac diseases, high blood pressure, hypertension and many more.
Secondly
, people who are overweight feel fatigue quite often and are unable to do more physical activities.
Also
, their productivity in day-to-day activities declines gradually and children tend to feel demotivated. In conclusion, as mentioned above, there are many causes for being overweight naming, unhealthy eating habits, not involving in physical activities and eating
food
with high calories which ultimately effects in having health hazards, fatigue and lack of motivation.
