Some people feel that entertainers (e.g. film stars, pop musicians or sports stars) are paid too much money. Do you agree or disagree? Which other types of jobs should be highly paid?

Some
people
argue that celebrities are paid a massive amount of money. Personally, I agree with the idea that entertainers
such
as actors and athletes earn huge salaries. On the one hand,
although
entertaining
people
necessary, it is not vital in returns other professionals, teachers and scientists,
for instance
, have a direct effect on our lives. I would like to elaborate on my opinion with some examples. A good example here is in the recent year all scientists and medical staff were under a lot of pressure due to the pandemic. Despite, they were exhausted, they have done double duty to tackle the Coronavirus issue. The other illustration is teachers who play an essential role in everyone’s life. From a psychological viewpoint, if teachers are not involved in financial problems, they will focus on education and training which will lead to prepare children to be productive members of society.
On the other hand
, well-known
people
have sources of income
besides
their regular career’s salary.
First
, several brands have great contracts with famous entertainers so as to promote their products. These companies use

Second
, most famous
people
have their own brand.
For instance
, Selena Gomez, as a popular American singer, actress and producer launched her own makeup brand, Rare beauty, in 2020 so that many of her loyal fans to be encouraged to purchase her beauty products. For the reasons mentioned above, I would argue that

such
as teacher and medical staffer should be paid higher than celebrities.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
