All the people in a company should be treated equally and provided with the same number of holidays in a year or people doing different jobs enjoy different amounts of holiday time. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Equality between employees has always been a matter of discussion. There are many people who believe everyone should have the same rights, like

having the exact same amount of

holiday

time

. But others would say that different job positions have to deal with different levels of stress and

therefore

should be treated differently. I tend to agree with the latter argument and

issue. When an employee has a more demanding position, the stress that comes with it can be overwhelming, and it seems logical that he should have more

time

to relax. To illustrate

argument, a recent study undertaken at the University of Sao Paulo pointed out that doctors who didn't take at least 30 days off a year had a risk of developing burnout syndrome as high as 30%.

. As the risk of harm in mental health is greater in those with more stressful jobs, so should be their
