In modern times, it has become increasingly common for individuals to hardly communicate with their neighbourhood as a consequence creates a negative impact on our society. There are several reasons for

issue and the role of overworking is one of the causes.

However

, there are some measures that can be implemented to tackle

issue. The main reason that

are not interacting with their neighbours is a busy life at

work

People

are spending more and more time at

work

than their own homes, and tend to become workaholics.

In other words

are surrendering their free leisure time to perform more tasks at

work

consequently

he did not know any of his neighbours.

Work

-life impacts our social life and it can damage our society as we do not communicate with others. Clearly, long

at the workplace can generate a lack of communication between neighbours. There is,

at the workplace and it is a creation of community centres. Even though

are working until late at

, a community centre would assist to bring

together by organising events and raising local issues.

It is true that a huge amount of people in the world have passed away over the years from diseases because of a lack of ability to access the healthcare system and medication. In my opinion, the world citizen's health is important, so medical costs should be reduced to match their financial ability.

It is argued that workers should have a fixed schedule and managers should not demand additional hours. Although employers should ask for extra service at the right moments, I believe that the same amount of work per week is good for both mental and physical health.
