Some people say that parents should encourage their children to take part in organised group activities in their free time while others say that it is important for children to learn how to occupy themselves on their own. Discuss both of these views and give your opinion.

In the present world, teamwork and independence have become two essential factors in careers, schools and daily life. Some people argue that juveniles should be encouraged to participate in team cooperation in their spare time, but
others
suggest it is better to make offspring independent. The following essay will discuss both sides and
then
draw a reasonable conclusion. On the one hand, admittedly, the skill of cooperating with
others
is vital in every place. As human cannot resolve all problems alone, we have to cooperate with
others
. Under
this
circumstance, the earlier children acquire relevant knowledge, the better for their developments. Participating in organised group activities is an excellent method to help children to comprehend what is a team, how to allocate tasks, and what responsibility should take. Apart from understanding those things, it
also
provides opportunities for kids to improve their communication skills and interpersonal skills, which are significant in modern society.
On the other hand
,
although
group actions are crucial, the importance of being independent cannot be ignored. One apparent example can be viewed by young adults. At their ages, they no longer live with the older generation and start their own life. For individuals who have the self-governed capability, it would be easier to carry life, because they have already learned how to make their own decisions at a young age.
Instead
of heavily depending on
others
, it is definitely better to improve their own skills and rely on themselves when they were young. In conclusion, both team cooperation and independence are essential for a person in the present world, I believe children should learn them together in order to have better performance in schools and future careers.
