stress. Getting engaged in some leisure activities help a person to develop new ideas and

more efficiently. One must at least spend half an hour for his or her refreshment activity which can be as simple as going for a walk or talking to their family members and many more. At times, due to overpressure of

leads to certain mental disorders. Many working people stay, awaken whole nights to complete their projects and assignments, which disturbs their biological process.

leads them to the wrong path of using drugs to regulate their normal physiological processes. In the long run, these drugs adversely affect the health of the person and

lowering his capability to

well. Many youngsters today are facing chronic stress and depression, which can be easily solved by developing an activity that refreshes them and helps to heal them mentally. To summarize, everyone must indulge themselves in some leisure activity which reduces their

stress and improves their mental health.
