As every cloud has a silver lining, there are tremendous ways to handle this
adverse situation. One immediate practical solution is that schools should strict rules regarding this
, and those who fail to obey these rules should be banned from attending social events such
as the annual sports event. Another solution is that parents
must guide their children and try to teach them moral and ethic values, therefore
young ones would knowledge that it is not right to misbehave.
In conclusion, both schools and parents
