Living In A Country Where You Have To Speak A Foreign Language Can Cause Serious Social And Practical Problems

Given is a chart depicting the rate of
households
 between owning and renting in England and Wales from 1981 to 2011. As can be seen, the rate of
households
 showed the same trend in 1971. Looking at owned
households
 in detail,the rate of household fluctuated between 32% and 23% from 1918 to 1953. After fluctuating, the number of owned accommodations increased gradually from 33% in 1953 to 69% in 2001 and reached the highest peak in the same year.
Then
 dropped slightly to approximately 63% in the following year. As for
households
 in rented accommodation, the number of
households
 had a similar pattern between 1939 and 1953,
then
 the portion of
households
 fall sharply from almost 60% in 1961 to 32% in 1991. Especially, the number of
households
 shared the same trend at 50% in 1971. In conclusion, there is little doubt that rising in the percentage of owned
households
 is attributed to falling in the percentage of rented
households
 .
