Nowadays many people complain that they have difficulties having enough sleep what are problems caused by lack of sleep? What can be done about this lack of sleep?
In recent years, unfortunately, several people are suffering from do not get adequate sleep due to an unbalanced lifestyle. Not to mention, there are some detrimental
problems
for the person who can hardly have proper sleep. Herein, the possible actions to tackle these problems
are also
mentioned.
To commence with, in this
era, although
people work from dawn till dusk, they would not have productivity unless they did not get proper rest

is to say, the brain needs sufficient rest
to refresh or even rebuilt the damaged cells. So, one should get enough sleep to offer motivation, innovation and concentration to the job. Imagine a meeting or speech, for instance
, in which the lecturer feels restlessness, and thus
he or she can not represent efficiently. Similar cases are reported by many psychologists and doctors
. Apart from the mental issues, the physical ailments including headache or blood pressure predominantly come from sleep deprivation. Sleeplessness can, as many doctors

in the blood recirculation system as well as pain in the head, eyes, or even heart. The reason why doctors

To tackle these problems
, the best way is to do meditation and regular exercise. The more people stick to their regular basis exercise, in particular
