Countries should restrict foreign companies from opening offices and factories in order to protect local businesses. Do you agree or disagree?

A foreign direct contribution is common in the modern era because it has brought different companies around the world to a single destination. To increase their production. after that , they have been searching for a cheap and skilled labourer in other countries, to reduce production cost and profits. In , a fact that kind of financing looks suspicious to local businessman and perceived, it as a threat to their occupation. Companies investing in other countries are looking for sometimes advantages like low tax rates easily available raw materials and cheap labourer. The main cause behind the insecurity of local businessman was destabilizing market rates after which they were not able to make decent profits through it. when a bigger company enters the market it affects retailers or small businesses because for ,instance the company had started selling at a low price, and the advertised price to alleviate the demand for the product. Higher production houses will be able to manage losses, through a large number of sales, but small sellers would be eliminated soon from the market with a risen debt problem. Foreign financing is indeed not as bad as it was considered, because they provide employment opportunities to underprivileged people. since companies have long experience in labourers dealing it will provide necessary facilities to their employers. It will surely alleviate government revenue with tax collections.skilled labourers could enjoy higher perks because they have specialization in certain kind of work. In the long term foreign financing going to help the country to alleviate people before below the poverty line. It is concluded that govt needs to negotiate a better deal for their country and allow foreign investments to a certain percentage, which is fair to both local and foreign business. The local businessman rather needs special attention, to uphold their queries and rights. its government duty, to protect the interest of his people at any cost.
