Many students find it difficult to learn subjects like mathematics and philosophy and hence they should be optional in schools. Do you agree or disagree?

In school,
students

have to study many compulsory courses.
However

, some of them do not suit some
students

. So, there is a thought that
student
Use synonyms
should be able to choose courses they want to learn. I personally agree with
this
Linking Words
statement because of two reasons.
First
Linking Words
, learners waste their time for nothing if they have to learn the
subjects
Use synonyms
they do not like. In those
subjects
Use synonyms
, they will be unhappy and not comprehend anything.
As a result
Linking Words
, their grades and scores in those courses will be lowed.
For example
Linking Words
, if you hate mathematics and you have to sit in the mathematics class for hours, does it better if you spend
this
Linking Words
time on something you like?
Consequently
Linking Words
, it is better if some
subjects
Use synonyms
are optional for
students
Use synonyms
.
Second
Linking Words
, every
student
Use synonyms
has different dreams. In school, every
student
Use synonyms
has to study the same
subjects
Use synonyms
mostly. To have
students
Use synonyms
learn the
subjects
Use synonyms
which are relevant to their future work is crucial.
In other words
Linking Words
, they can use their expertise and skills which they will get from the school in their jobs.
For example
Linking Words
, if one
student
Use synonyms
wants to be an engineer, he or she should have the ability to spend his or her time on engineer-related
subjects
Use synonyms
more than other
subjects
Use synonyms
. So, schools should let learners choose their desired-to-learn
subjects
Use synonyms
. To conclude, in my opinion, schools should make some
subjects
Use synonyms
optional for
students
Use synonyms
.
This
Linking Words
will support
students

in their happiness and endorse their future for good.

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 250 words in writing task 2. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long essay will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 260 to 290 words in writing task 2. This will ensure a concise essay and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 40 minutes to write the essay and you need around 10 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long essay in 30 minutes.
