Societies would benefit from a ban on all forms of advertising because it served no useful purpose, and can even be damaging. Do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that advertisement should be banned because they are useless and sometimes detrimental to society. From my perspective. I partly agree with
this
opinion . On the one hand, there are colossal reasons why some
people
agree with the idea all forms of advertising should be prohibited.
Initially
, customers are bombarded with various forms of

as email, commercial or banner on stress, which make

Secondly
, advertising is used to overshadow the true functions of products, which leads to impulsive purchase among youngsters. Many
people
are likely to buy unnecessary items.
As a result
,
people

On the other hand
,
advertisements
bring a wide range of benefits for society thanks to several reasons.
Firstly
,advertising offers job opportunities for

as content creator, business developer or customer service. If there were a ban on adverts, many

their lives and even the governments can not eradicate poverty in society.
Furthermore
, the sake of
advertisements
is key for the customers in order to approach different brands of products as well as provide them with useful information. Thanks to advertising, nowadays
people
are able to make wise choice shopping.
Besides

audience. In conclusion,
although
advertisements
are of paramount importance, the government should impose some policies on advertising in order to protect the consumers.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
