All over the world, societies are facing a growing problem with obesity. This problem affects both children and adults. What are the reasons for this rise in obesity. How could it be tackled.
These days, as intake of fats and sugars have been increased significantly, an increasing number of individuals suffer from the issue of obesity.
This
trend tends to occur in developed countries such
as the United States, Canada, and Spain. In the following essay, I would argue what are the causes and the solutions of the phenomena.
First
of all, the largest factor of the problem would be the prevalence of fast food shops. As they provide the customers with cheap and delicious meals, a lot of people decide to have them every time and everywhere. However
, since junky meals such
as hamburgers, french fries, and hot dogs contain large amounts of fat and carbohydrates, they lead to obesity. Furthermore
, because they taste really well, few people can stop eating such
foods even though they know there are negative impacts on themselves by keep eating them.
Second
of all, a possible solution might be to add some healthier dishes to the menu of fast food shops. Even though it might be difficult to prevent the customers to reduce the number of time to visit the stores, by letting them intake various kinds of nutrients, it might work positively. For example
, providing a salad with the junky dishes might help a body to absorb less nutrition that leads to be
obsessed.
In my conclusion, the reason for an increase in obesity is the currency of the restaurants that provide junky dishes and the probable solution might be to let them sell healthy meals as well as conventional menu.Change the verb form
