In the modern world, many employees lack soft skills,
such
as communication and working in team. What are the main causes of
this
problem
? What are the effects of the lack of
such
skills? At the beginning I would like to say, that
this
modern problems seem to me outcomes of reforming industry(automatization of production), transformationt of ways of getting and keeping information, incrising of speed of life. Industry reforming, that began many years ago, today consists in automatization of manufacture, reduction of the role of rhe person and introduction of computer technologies.Every worker has his own function, his own part of responsibility and often people even don't need to speak with colleagues to solve any
problem
, it's enough to call or to write email. Today a great percent of people look for information, articles and books in internet. The reasons for
this
are different: someone needs foreign literature, someone needs to get and learn the most recent datas, someone worries about environmental problems and doesn't buy paper books. But the consequences of
this
is only one: decrising of social communication
face
to
face
. Incrising speed of life means, that people usually choose any internet service to solve any
problem
, to buy something or to find necessary contacts. It results in avoiding even so called "forced" contacts: speaking with seller in shop, travel agent or mechanic,
for example
. ‌All
this
things determine loss of communication skill, avoiding contacts
face
to
face
and lack of wish and skill teamworking. For employees it means more difficulties in adaptation, frequent stress, caused by speaking with colleagues, anxiety and unwillingness of being at the workplace. Naturally, the chain reaction is decline of productivity, frequent conflicts and frequent job changes, and it is great
problem
for employers.
