Some people prefer to shop for food in supermarket. Other people prefer to do their food shopping online. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

Increase in shopping for groceries and gourmets through the means of the supermarket or through online, each of these has its own sides of pros and cons. Either choosing a conventional
way
for shopping or a contemporary
way
is still a huge inner debatable issue in many families. I will share both points of view and
then
tell you about my choice of preference.
Firstly
, the conventional or the traditional
way
of shopping has been going on for decades and centuries. It has been prevailing for ages.
This
method of shopping helps people choose from which vendors to buy and from where not to buy. In
this
,process customers can touch the product, feel it, smell it and bargain for the right amount of price.
For instance
- when you shop in your local sabzi mandi you can bargain 1kg of tomatoes from a given price to a lower one. In many ,places the conventional system is
also
being updated from day to day to compete with today's world technology and development.
Secondly
, the contemporary or modern
way
of shopping online has its own benefits.
Although
, it is a new
way
of shopping for groceries and gourmets. There is a lot of time saved by using these means,
for example
- you can order groceries using various new websites
such
as big baskets or amazon pantry or even through swiggy and zomato insta marts which will deliver you the required products within a couple of hours
as a result
, a lot of time is saved and in ,
this
we can even attain vouchers coupons and discounts.
Nevertheless
,
this
system is a big disadvantage to the local sabzi mandis and vendors whose major financial source of income is through the traditional
way
. To sum it up , I reiterate, that conventional and contemporary schemes should be diversified so that it can be helpful for both the parties,
that is
, the vendors who can get a steady income source and they might even sell them for a better price and for the customers that their time is saved . If these both form's are mixed together
then
there will be better financial growth in
this
sector too.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
