Many argue that volunteer activities should be an important part of high school programs,
such
 as charity, helping in the neighbourhood, teaching sports to primary institutes. In my opinion, I completely agree with the idea that teenagers should
work
 in unpaid
communities
. At
first
, a volunteer activity accepts to develop some of the high values for schoolchildren,
for example
, it is charity, care, humanity and altruism. These human qualities educate an upstanding citizen who will
work
 for the good of his country.
Furthermore
, a job in an unpaid community can show teens that we need to help people who do not have the same life benefits. It is the fact that there is a lot of homeless, unemployed and poor people around the world we can and we should help.
In addition
, volunteer activity is a good point in your resume for college admission, and it is the way we can attract the attention of students to unpaid
communities
. At the same time, unpaid
communities
 should be optional not forced. The desire to
work
 in unpaid
communities
 must come from the pupil himself or herself and be altruistic. Some of the children have a big amount of extra activities, classes and tutoring, and they just do have not enough free time for other
work
.
That is
 to say, school administration should not force to
work
 for charities. All things considered, I can say that
work
 in an unpaid community has a lot of advantages and it should be a large part of high school programs but only on a voluntary basis.
