Many young people regularly change their jobs over the years. What are the reasons for this? Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Some
people
frequently
change
their
jobs
over the years. There are many reasons for
this
. While there are a few disadvantages of changing the
job
constantly, I believe that advantages are far more. There are many reasons why
people
change
their
job
frequently. The
first
reason
is that they feel bored doing the same
job
. Regularly, they go to the factory and do the same work in setting on the chair in the office. The
second
reason
is that
people
change
their
job
for money.
Although
people
get a higher salary by changing
jobs
, they make a career in different fields. Admittedly, there are some disadvantages of changing
jobs
.
Firstly
, if
people
change
their
job
, they will not get a promotion.
Thus
,
people
have not reached the management level. So, it is a waste of time.
Secondly
, it affects a career. To quote an example, an old-age pension scheme.
That is
why he fails to contribute to an organization substantially. Despite having some drawbacks, there are several merits of changing
jobs
. The main advantage is that
people
gain more experience while changing the
job
. They enhance their knowledge and skills. The
second
reason
is that they improve their ideas. To cite an example,
people
do teamwork and take new ideas and increase their skills. The
third
reason
is that
people
get a chance to go abroad from other companies. To conclude,
although
there are some demerits of changing
jobs
frequently, the benefits outnumbered them.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
