Nowadays many people complain that they have difficulties getting enough sleep. What problems can lack of sleep cause? What can be done about lack of sleep?

Nowadays,
people
are living in a hectic world, in which the public run behind the
work
and study to get more success for that even they forget to relax. The number of population feeling sleeping disorders is increasing from
time
to
time
. In
this
essay, I will discuss the problems and purpose some solutions.
To begin
with, most
people
focus on their school study and office
work
, to achieve the goals they job hard overnight and could not take proper and needed sleep.
This
makes them less concentrated in task and study,
also
they feel tired all the day. If a person could not take the needed sleep at night, may feel a headache and the pain in eyes. Insufficient sleep
also
affects their mental and physical health. Another reason that
people
can’t get sufficient sleep is that they spent most of their
time
on social media apps chatting with someone or scrolling through videos. On the bright side, some steps can be taken to resolve
this
issue.
People
should do some meditation and yoga; it will improve their sleep activity.
In addition
, there should be a balance in
work
life or personal life, as
people
should spend some quality
time
with family
instead
of doing overtime at
work
. Another recommended solution is that avoid using a smartphone before going to bed, it sometimes flew your sleep away. To sum up, less sleep is a serious issue which can result in loss of focus and some health problems.
However
, there are some possible solutions
such
as maintain office and home
time
or physical exercises
also
helps in good sleep.
