Society is based on rules and laws.it could not function if individuals were free to do whatever they wanted to do. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In the modern era, the association is imposed many
laws
and regulations, which assets to living public and deter criminals,
although
if one can break these orders and what they want to do
this
can not work properly.
However
, I completely agree with
this
statement and examine the benefits of guidelines and regulations.
First
and foremost, the community should be developed a privacy sector by arranging surveillance cameras on or in every corner of the community.
For example
, if someone comes late at night and steal their goods by theft, one could catch theft with help of cameras.
Also
, strict guidelines would apply to a foreigner or unknown visitors in the association between the period from 1 pm to 4 pm.
For instance
, some salesmen are frauds and wasting of public precious time by explaining the value of their products.
Moreover
, everybody has their identity card or gate pass for entering the association campus.
Secondly
, measures are created by
society
's people and they should follow anybody in a good manner. The
first
law is to use limited water and electricity,
this
is provided by the government. if someone uses a huge amount of water, a shortage of water could happen in the entire
society
. The
next
law is everyone can maintain their stairs and parking plots by doing cleanliness. On the other side, for those who are violated
rules
and
laws
, management should impose fines on them. If nobody is implementing the
rules
and
laws
, though
society
would not work smoothly on it.
Thus
, everyone should take some responsibility for
society
's
rules
and
laws
. In conclusion, I strongly believe that every
society
should have
rules
and regulations because which could increase people safety and rectify the personal problem as well.
