Some people prefer to work in large companies or organizaons. Others prefer to start their own companies and work for themselves. Which appeals to you more-working for a big company or managing your own business? Use speci!c reasons and examples to explain your answer

Working in a large company gives you the leverage on big projects which are major societal issues.
Similarly
, if one wants to start a business and to become their own boss they need to consider the following factors. Starting your company is great, but you should have a clear understanding of why you are starting it in the
first
place, what societal changes that you as a small company offer. More than 95% of start-up groups fail based on
this
. We
also
know that every large organisation started somewhere in a remote place or garage. Apple, one of the biggest business conglomerates started in a garage. They understood the customers and struggle with them.
This
is why most people prefer to work in large association with all the established norms and care for their employees. Large groups have the built-in infrastructure for their colleagues with good standardised pay whereas in startup people effort their way up and need to struggle and learn to initiate the standardized policies which is an additional task. So, we can conclude that most people perform in large organisations than in small communities. But every large organisation strives to have a heart like a small one.
