Newspaper reading was a traditional method of following news previously. Nowadays, these are available on the internet.

, it is a big question mark if they still remain the important source of information. I completely disagree and personally opine that in the near future news online will completely replace the paper-based procedure.

, one of the main reasons is the easy accessibility of the content.

, In my childhood, I had to wait for every morning to know any updates, like the weather conditions of the city.

 situations where I had to leave for school early before the paper arrived and it might be a rainy or extreme sunny day. Had known the forecast before, I would have been alert and taken the necessary things along.

 type of quick info on the internet has made life far easier where we can plan our things in advance.

, the cost-saving on the previous methods. To illustrate, every journal has a different rate. Sometimes, we would want to refer to two or three publishers to know their point of view.

, we would be paying differently for each one of them.

, if there are any special monthly edition magazines, they would be separately charged, which would be higher than the daily matter. All these are smoothly available on the websites to far lower amounts.

, a lot of savings can be done by exempting hard copies.

, I conclude that I do not agree with newspapers remaining the important source and completely support the latest trend of swap from printed copies to surfing information.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
