It is a controversial topic that higher levels of
employees
 should be paid an enormous amount of salary while
company
 workers are paid less than them.
This
 essay considers both sides of the discussion and give a concluding view. On the one hand, opponents of
this
 view think that some leaders and ordinary
employees
 have no difference in their educational background. They point to evidence which more
employees
 are highly educated than their bosses nowadays.
Also
, they think that higher positioned
employees
 do not
work
 8 hours a day like ordinary
employees
 which makes feeling discriminated toward others.
Therefore
, supporters of the idea think leaders should be paid by performance which how many hours in a day worked as same as others.
However
, supporters of

 view believe that higher grade employee has more

 experience and good soft skill to lead the

. Students have no experience in practice after their graduation. In these cases, higher grade
employees
 are the best supervisors for sharing their knowledge and adapting juniors to new

 offices.

, good soft- skilled leaders lead their

 lead their
employees
 to reach the

’s purpose in a short time.
For example
, anytime when a problem is arising during the project, our

 leader copes issues with possible ways to preventing

 appears to be quite powerful. Overall, I would tend to side with managers who should be compensated more than ordinary
employees
. It would be the best decision for the
company

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
