I personally advocate with the former view because not doing so may affect their mental well being and cede their growth. On the one hand, some assert that they are capable enough by themselves to earn money by selling various artworks and music composition since one successful painting can earn them millions. Those who are in accord with

 viewpoint,
also
 argue that
such
 a monetarily amount can be invested in sectors
such
 as education, entrepreneurship, education, climate change. Because of the uncertainty involved in the benefit, policymakers and bureaucrats overlook artists.
On the other hand
, some believe that directorate intervention is a must for the success of those involved in

 a field.
Firstly
, artists have to pour lots of time and energy in order to create a masterpiece. A break in between
such
 an endeavour can incite troubles, disenchanting those working in
this
 field. For elucidation, Vincent Van Gough committed suicide due to financial constraints.
Although
such
 artists are rewarded heftily after their success, their difficulties can be alleviated, provided that, the government is ready to support them financially. So to retaliate, I reckon that the ministry must offer a backup to the "Creative Ones" in order to truly succeed in their creativity.
