Some people claim that not enough of wastes from homes is recycled. They say that that only way to increase recycling for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

Nowadays, misuse management is the most encountered concern by most nations. Some parties believed that most
people
 do not refurbish reusable
waste
hence
, they said the
government
's rules and regulations should be in place in order to overcome these problems. I disagree with
this
 statement. In my opinion, there are other ways like educating residents of the area and giving rewards are the best steps to take before any
government
 law is applied. To start with, most
people
 are not recycling
waste
 garbage because of a lack of education about
this
. If
government
 organise an effective and interesting lecture or demonstration regarding the safe practice of
waste
 management they start recycling reusable
waste
 materials. Which will make the environment greener.
For example
, according to a recent survey, in Finland and Sweden
people
 produce less garbage because most of them have enough knowledge about
waste
 management and recycling because they are getting information from the school level. Teachers are teaching children how to recycle their
waste
.
Furthermore
, Laws are not only the outcome there is
also
 a way to reward someone. it is proven that rewards make an individual perform tasks more successfully and properly. the public in society can help each other to make it work. A person who is handling
waste
 in an appropriate way and recycling the
waste
 as much as he /she can be rewarded so other individuals can be inspired in the community. It helps them to save the environment and money at the same time. In conclusion, the
government
 should make legal requirements to increase recycling, before that if it can be solved at the community level by educating
people
 and rewarding them
then
 why at the national level?
