, as employees should always be in touch with both the employer and clients. When you have a phone at hand, you feel more confident, more productive and a lot of paperwork does not seem like a terrible dream. Two years ago, my mother's boss banned the use of cell

 during working hours, but now when the ban has been eliminated, it has become much easier to

, because interaction with customers has been established. Taking everything into account,

 are quite often used for different personal objectives, they are necessary for workers to improve performance. In my opinion, I believe that they should be used more in a balanced way both for
