These days, the debate on

claim that teachers should not give

essay, both sides will be discussed my own view will be presented. There are several benefits of

homework

First

of all,

homework

makes

students

remember what they studied at school. To explain, practice makes perfect. If

homework

after school, it will develop their academic ability. Many studies revealed that

homework

can encourage

children

's memory, especially in math and physics.

Moreover

homework

reinforces good behaviours in

is because they have to hand in their work to teachers in

unless they will be punished.

are likely to have more discipline and responsibility.

On the other hand

's mental health. To illustrate, young

have to face stress and high pressure during their school

, they should have some leisure in the evening.

feel more relaxed.

leads to various chronic diseases. Obesity is a good example. It is widely accepted that the obesity rate in
