 with, when individuals own a

 they have the flexibility to work in their timings.

 have the authority to make several decisions that will impact the growth of the

 to do the daily work and they can oversee the daily operations at their convenience.

, they have the responsibility to make the important decisions that will influence the growth.

 owner has several advantages, it

 comes with various drawbacks which need to be taken into account.
Firstly

 owning their firm will not have a stable income.
For example
, private organizations have the chance of getting a steady income only based on the growth of the firm.
Secondly
, there is a high risk involved when running a private company. To illustrate, if the organization does not do well, there are high chances that it can shut down. So for running an operation you need to consider many factors that can result in failure. For these reasons, owning a

 is a bad idea. By way of conclusion, I reaffirm my position that the disadvantages

 as risk and unstable income outweigh the advantages.
