Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing

letter regarding the amount of noise coming from the new restaurant which has just opened near my University residence.

Although

I am pleased that we have

this

facility, the Friendship restaurant has been promoting parties every night until midnight and because of that, there is noise pollution

such

as loud music and conversations that I can hear in my room.

This

unpleasant situation has caused a serious problem in my life since I cannot concentrate to study or even sleep at a suitable time.

As a result

, in the morning I feel extremely tired affecting the progress of my studies. I would like to suggest that the campus authorities restrict the restaurant’s opening to 9pm at the latest, on weekdays, leaving it at midnight during the Saturdays. I

also
