A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

What I will do is adaptation and mitigation of SLR that occurs by adopting from various countries that have done things to prevent SLR is making policy of raising dikes around the land, reclamation, and limiting from sucking groundwater. In addition, what I will do is plant mangroves to resist abrasion on the seafront, build embankments to prevent flood water from rising inland, and provide education to the community about adaptation due to SLR. My current efforts are to provide knowledge and campaign about the dangers of SLR for coastal areas.
