Some people suggest that it is a reasonable idea to organize school children’s ' transportation to educational institutions by the government but others say that it is parent's’ obligation responsibility.

Nowadays, the security concern over institute
kids
has been on a steady rise, especially when it comes to their transportations. Among these, there are two schools of thought, while others suggest that it is obliged to the
parents
. In the below paragraphs, we will discuss both of these views and after analyzing the explanations, a relevant solution will be given at the latter.
To begin
with, when it comes to the children's security during the course of transit to the academic institutions, the government can enforce strict laws
such
as, for one, by doing proper inspection of the physical condition of the
school
busses
. And for a
second
, make sure that whether
such
busses
are operated by eligible and licensed professionals and a headcount or attendance should take place while boarding and deboarding of the
students
.
For example
, in countries like Canada, attendance of the
kids
will be carried out by the
school
bus conductor is a must and they
also
make sure that traffic is being halted until the children are being boarded and deboarded from the bus.
Hence
, by enacting
such
legal activities, the governmental organization can ensure the safety of the
school
students
in transportations.
On the other hand
, some believe that the parent should take responsibility in taking their children to the schools. Obviously,
parents
can take better care while dropping off and pick-up their child from
school
. Though
parents
' can betterment the childs' safety, not everyone can do the same on a daily basis. In fact, in most ,households the
parents
are busy with their work schedule, as they only spend a little time with their minors.
For example
, as per the survey conducted by the journal, The new york times, at 70% of the American families,
parents
are hooked up with their timely jobs, unable to foster their
kids
. Because of
such
a situation, the majority of institution
kids
, commute through
school
busses
only.
Therefore
, as shown above, not every parent has the time to help their
kids
to commute to
school
on a daily basis. In conclusion, only a few percentages of
students
can expect to have
parents
support in
this
case, while the majority of the
students
are dependant on
school
busses
for transportations. So, the government has to play a key role in the considerations of the safety of
students
during
such
commutations.

Aim for between 260 to 290 words in writing task 2. This will ensure a concise essay and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 40 minutes to write the essay and you need around 10 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long essay in 30 minutes.
