Nowadays, more and more people decide to have children later in their life. What do you think are the reasons for this? Do advantages of this trend outweigh disadvantages

The trend of
people
deciding to have
kids
late is increasing. The reason for
this
surge could be that
people
want to follow their
dreams
. I believe that it is not beneficial to have children late as it creates health issues.
This
essay will discuss the possible reasons for the rise of
this
trend and will highlight the negatives of having
kids
later in
life
. Young
people
nowadays want to be carefree and would want to enjoy their lives to the fullest. They live by the ideology you live only once, so live your
life
to the fullest, and they want to chase and achieve their
dreams
.
For instance
, a person who
dreams
to tour all the countries wouldn't want to settle down to have a kid until he achieves his dream. So youngsters want to follow their
dreams
and they don't want the duties of raising a kid till they accomplish their goals in
life
. On the one hand, having babies late in
life
can lead to health issues for mothers and infants. To illustrate, studies show that women above the age of '40s do not have all the essential nutrients at the recommended level compared to women in '20s,
for instance
, the calcium level in women starts to decrease, and other essential hormones which are responsible for producing milk after the delivery gets affected.
As a result
, the well-being of the newborn is affected.
However
, there are some positives to having children late, as it helps parents to settle in
life
.
For example
, young parents would get an opportunity to pay off their outstanding loans that they would have taken for education.
Although
, having a baby later in
life
has some advantages, but the disadvantages outweigh as it affects the fitness of both parent and the newborn. To sum up, it is observed that young
people
nowadays want to follow their
dreams
and would wanna achieve it before having
kids
which led to the increase in the trend of
people
having
kids
late in
life
, but having
kids
late in
life
has a direct impact on the health of babies and mother.
However
, there are some pros of having
kids
late, but the cons are more than the pros.
