I completely agree with the given statement that the best way to learn a foreign
language
 is to self-study online because learning a

 apart from your native one needs time and a lot of practice for an individual to become proficient in it. Nowadays, in many schools and colleges, there are separate courses added for

 related to different foreign languages and

 can freely choose a

 of their own. It is helpful for them to learn about a new

 and understand its basics from their teachers physically but it doesn't help much in their learning process because factors like shyness, lack of interest, distractions from other
students
