Dear sir, I am writing
this
letter to request you to renovate the sports club's changing
rooms
. There are many problems are associated with boys changing
rooms
.
Firstly
, the lighting of
rooms
is critically bad as most of the bulbs are fused.
Secondly
, the doors and windows are broken, mostly doors' do not have locks which make them unusable and windows' sealant has displaced which caused to water leakage into
rooms
during rain.
Last
but not least, the focus on housekeeping for
this
area is nill, surfaces are greasy and dusty.
Although
many times I have raised
this
issue in front of the sports club supervisor, he ignored the complaints every time. In the end, I am writing
this
letter to you with the hope that will instruct to maintenance section to rectify the problems on an urgent basis. Hope you will understand
this
situation and act at the earliest. Yours sincerely, Harpreet Sangha
