Some people think that planting trees in open space cities and towns is more important than building houses. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed by some that constructing new buildings on the free land in cities is more meaningful than re-planting. I strongly agree with
this
statement and I will explain my reasons to support
this
idea in the upcoming paragraph. To commence with, building new houses will benefit the society in various ways
such
as the provision of employment to the unemployed individuals, subletting the newly built structures to multinational companies to open up offices in the local areas.
For example
, in Canada, very few people are living in northwest territories because construction companies do not want to invest their money in the remote areas but if they come to know about advantages they can earn double revenue just by leasing those apartments to people who just want to travel to those regions for a limited time period.
Furthermore
, it will increase the scope of varying job possibilities for the regional residents as well. To continue, by developing new constructions, immigrants who are moving to a new country can book their house before coming to a new city as new buildings will provide accommodation to many needy families.
For instance
, real estate businesses can get a spike in
this
kind of development around the city and businessmen will get more opportunities for investments.
Additionally
, buildings provide essence to the outlook of the living areas and give financial benefit in return to the government. Summing up, in my opinion, constructing new homes is more beneficial for the authorities than reforestation because it sets support for the communities who are living away from their loved ones and a permanent place to stay.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
