During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessman who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him and he suggested that you should contact him about a possible job in one of his restaurants. Write a letter to this businessman. In your letter - remind him when and where you met. - tell him what kind of job you are interested in - say why you think you would be suitable for the job

Dear Mr Harman, Hope
this
letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits .
This
letter is being written to you to express my interest in working at one of your well-renowned restaurants. My name is Manvir Kaur from India. We met on a plane from India to Thailand on 3rd October as we sat beside each other on that trip . We discussed a lot of things regarding the economical condition and even exchanged our business cards for future business partnerships. I would like to express that I am interested to work in the hospitality management sector as a hotel manager, staff head and receptionist .
Besides
that, I have some experience as a chef too. I would like to tell you that I have recently done my graduation in hospitality management at Punjab University Chandigarh. In fact, I was a gold medalist in my course. I am believed that I can be a valuable asset not only at the current one but
also
for future expansion. Looking forward to hearing from you soonest. Yours Sincerely, Manvir Kaur
