Nowadays, companies attempt to find a way to encourage
employees
to enhance the efficiency of
work
. In
this
regard, while some people believe that workers have a better feeling if they do the same task all
day
long. Others stand on the other side of the continuum, holding the standpoint that doing a variety of tasks will be beneficial both for the
company
and staff. As it relates to me, I concur with the latter group, and the reasons to substantiate my viewpoint are established in the following.
First
, doing the same task all over the
day
will be boring for
employees
. It is crystal clear when one enjoys doing something he or she does not sense time due to his or her concentration on the subject. Indeed, he or she obtained a sense of achievement. So, if the
company
attempts to reduce the boring time,
this
leads to more achievement. In
this
way, holding multiple duties to workers can increase enjoyable time in the workplace.
For instance
, I used to
work
in a laboratory as an engineer and I had to
work
on the same topic all
day
long, after a while I found that there was not another thing that I do not know yet. And caused I had not any enthusiasm to insist on enduring that chronic situation.
As a result
, I decided to abandon that job,

Hence
, if the
company
desires to obtain efficiency, should be concentrate on some factors, and being multiple tasks in the workplace is the easiest way.
Another significant reason to be mentioned is that by doing the multiple functions all
day
long, all members did some experiences that lead to help together when they found an obstacle in the process, and
this
cooperation increases the worker's communication and reduce their stress. In fact,
employees
will enjoy more if they are able to solve problems easily and without stress.
For example
, my classmate works in a
company
, and he usually states that “I was a fortune in finding a job that all the members help together in the workplace”.
Although
he earns a little money from
this
work
, he never has stated that wants to leave
this
job.
To conclude, I firmly believe that
employees
are more satisfied when they do multiple tasks during the
day
work
.

, they never bored.
Second
, they do not have anxiety feeling about problems due to the presence of skilful members.
