The world of work is changing rapidly . Working conditions today are not the same as before and people no longer rely on taking one job for life . Discuss the possible causes for these changes and give your suggestions on how people should prepare for work in the future .

It is irrefutable that the
work
scenario is altering at a fast pace . People don't want to do the same job in their whole lives , job-hopping is a common factor nowadays . I shall put forth my argument to support my view in the following paragraph .
To begin
with , due to advanced technology workplaces have become changed the structure of the
work
properly . There is no need to do heavy
work
people can use Robert for doing that type of
work
.
Secondly
, employees like to do multiple jobs because advanced technology has given us a lot of opportunities to
work
day
and night .
For example
, after finishing their office
work
they can earn money on the internet by doing outsourcing . There have some reasons why people like to do multiple jobs . Nowadays we belong to consumerism . Choice are being increasing
day
by
day
. If they earn enough money they can fulfil their needs
otherwise
it is not possible . Another reason is that humans want to gain knowledge and experience by working in different workplaces. As in
this
everyone has to compete with others every
day
we have to update ourselves .
On the other hand
, there have some disadvantages to job-hopping like if a person does multiple jobs he can't do leisure activities and he can't spend time with their family members . If they always associate with
work
they will become disappointed . Summing up , though the
work
conditions are different today we are to update ourselves every
day
yet we should notice the other aspects of our lives .
