Your workplace does not have a parking area for cars, and it is causing some problems. Write a letter to your manager and include the following: – Describe the problems it has caused. – Explain what benefits a parking area would bring to the company. – Suggest a solution.
Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to inform you concerning a car parking issue at our office
's building.
To begin
with, please note that our office
complex is situated in the City Centre area. Unfortunately, it does not have a parking space, therefore
, employees have to park their vehicles one kilometre away at the municipal parking area and come to the office
on a walk. Considering an extreme weather condition, this
is a challenging task to walk on such
a busy road every day and reach the office
on time.
It is worth mentioning that providing parking near to the office
will make employee's life easy and more convenient. They will reach the office
on time and will not be exhausted by walking. In addition
, returning from the workplace to home will be also
comfortable.
In view of the above, I am suggesting hiring a parking space for rent which is available just close to the City mall, distance from our office
around 100 metres. Currently, there are 150 parking places available with them and the charge per day is nominal and the cost can also
be taken from employees.
You are kindly requested to contact the Mall's management and see the possibility.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Rob Steve,Submitted by ahv on
