You have a full-time job and are also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that you cannot continue the course. Write a letter to the course tutor. In your letter -describe the situation -explain why you cannot continue at this time -say what action you would like to take
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding my ACCA part-time evening class, which will not be possible for me to attend for
this
term.
About issues, I am a full-time employee with an engineering firm whose account keeping was not accurate before I joined. My Managing Director asked me to rectify the past accounts within next
quarter.
About the study, my work hour will be extended from 8 to 12 hours due to this
extra work at my workplace, which is mostly related to the bank and cash reconciliations. Therefore
, I will not be able to devote any time to my course.
Consequently
, I am asking for a transfer of my course to next
semester, and any additional money for the classes will be adjusted by me. I do realise the administrative issues that could occur due to this
change, but I do not have any other options.
I am awaiting your response regarding this
issue.
Yours faithfully,
