These days, in many countries fewer and fewer people want to become teachers, particularly in secondary schools. What are the reasons for this, and how could be problem solved?

Teachers
are playing a great role in
society
since they prepare generations to join in
society
nowadays. Every developed country owes their success to their valuable
teachers
. Being a
teacher
is one of the most difficult decisions for individuals since they take a great responsibility that may affect their whole life.
Therefore
, most people may lose their attitude to being a
teacher
. In
this
essay, I will try to cover most high-priority related issues which I will make effort to provide some solutions to cope with in the following. Challenged nature is one of the most hardness of the training-kind jobs that make the trainer exhausting if they are not provided with appropriate facilities and fair works time. They need to focus on their mental and physical health in order to be in a good-moral status and reducing working time can be a great idea. Financial status is one of the other most important reasons which people do not show interest in becoming a
teacher
. In many communities,
teachers
often have less income in comparison to other job positions which is obviously can lead to taking other jobs which is much easier and
also
having better financial circumstances. The solution for
this
issue is clear, the government must pay more attention to
teachers
’ financials and
also
other encouragement facilities.
Furthermore
, it is essential that
society
always show their appreciation to the
teachers
who have
such
a role in their development process, by giving them a special place so that they can feel they are not ignored and their effort thanked by
society
.
For example
, most of the time I talk to my
teacher
they complain about ignorant in
society
and they are not given the proper position which they deserve.
Accordingly
, it is essential for societies to develop a proper education system through supporting the worthiest people who are
teachers
that train and prepare generations through hard-working. I believe that policies
also
must be in a way that they can make a better life for themselves and
also
their families.
