The given pie charts demonstrate the percentage

of three major nutrients( sodium, saturated fat and added sugar) in every USA citizen's daily meal and their
snacks
. Overall, they are consuming high levels of sodium and fat items at their
dinner
and they are getting extreme sugar in their
snacks
. As it shows in the
first
chart, sodium which is one of the vital elements for the body metabolism was elevated at their
dinner
meal which is almost half the percentage (43%) followed by 29% at their lunch, equally 14% from both breakfast and
snacks
. According to the
second
chart, which shows saturated fat
level
in their meal. A primary energy burner is at a high point in their
dinner
(37%).
However
, they are getting 26% of fat from lunch and 21% from evening bites.
Then
the least amount which is 16% presented at their breakfast. The
third
chart illustrates the
level
of sugar which is unhealthy if they had too much because of high-risk cardiac diseases.
This
element
level
shoots up in their daily
snacks
which are around 42%. Obviously, 23% in
dinner
food, 19% and 16% in everyone's lunch and breakfast respectively.
