In spite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry. Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem?

Although
 technological advantages have revolutionised agriculture all over the
world
, many
people
 are still struggling with starvation.
This
 trend is mainly due to poor
food
 distribution and poverty issues within the
countries
.
However
, there are a number of measures that could be implemented to tackle
this
problem
. The
first
 reason for many
people
 to encounter the
problem
 is brought about by poor distribution of
food
 around the
world
.
Although
 more foods have been produced due to technological advances, these products are mainly sent to wealthier
countries
 which results in
people
 from poorer
countries
 facing
food
 scarcity inevitably. To remedy
this
 situation, a
food
 organisation on a global scale might be established in order to ensure that foods are distributed impartially to the
countries
 in need, which would lead to equality in foods accessibility around the
world
.
However
, it is probably the poverty within the
countries
 that result in
people
 starvation.
People
 who are suffering from low income and financial problems usually encounter
food
 deficiency and hunger. The best way to resolve
this
 issue is that governments should introduce supporting systems for
this
 particular group of
people
,
for example
, providing monthly financial funding or encouraging and supporting
people
 to grow some vegetables at home. If
people
 from low socio-economic backgrounds get enough support from the authorities, starvation issues will be resolved. In conclusion, the failure in
food
 distribution and the poverty
problem
 cause many
people
 around the
world
 to suffer from
food
 deprivation. Only when enough support is provided and a non-profit global scale
food
 organisation is established, will
this
problem
 be addressed.
