The way to punish the individuals who break public facilities is a topic people often discuss . Some communities argue they should serve the community by taking responsibility for their action, instead of paying the fine or even being sent to prison. To me, I believe both punishments have the function of vigilance so I partially agree with the statement and I will elaborate on it in the following paragraphs.

One of the realities of the world is that most individuals tend to work more than expected and as a consequence of this trend, they do not have enough time for their hobbies.
