Some people think it is more beneficial to take part in sports which are played in teams, like football, while other people think that taking part in individual sports is better like tennis and swimming. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Sports
are divided into two groups:
team
sport
and single
sport
. And some
people
discuss these types, some
people
believe that playing in the
team
is better than playing single, while others argue vice versa
opinion
. In
this
essay, I will highlight the benefits of both sides and give my
opinion
. At
first
, let's talk about
team
sports
, and advantages over single types of
sport
. The main advantage of them is that they help improve
team
play and
work
in
team
skills
. These
skills
are useful not only during the game but,
also
by these
skills
people
can easily complement any
team
.
However
,
team
sports
require more effort to play together while understanding each other.
For example
, the most popular
team
sport
- football. To become the best
team
, it does not enough just good individual
skills
, players still need to
work
such
as well-working machine.
However
, as I said before,
team
sport
needs more energy to
work
completely, and every play must
work
two times more than common. There are advantages of solo
sports
. Sportsmans will be able to train what they want, when they want, where they want, these are opportunities will not behave if they were in the
team
because in
team
sport
everyone related to others. Single players usually achieve any achievements faster. In conclusion, all
sport
types have their pros and cons. In my
opinion
,
people
have to choose according to their interests and abilities. But there are some drawbacks of an individual
sport
. Many solosportsmens are giving up after
first
failing. But when teammates are nearby and can help you get back on your feet.
This
reason the main reason why in my
opinion
team
sports
are better than solo
sport
.
