Many peolpe say that the only way to guarantee getting a good job is to complete a course of university education. Others clain that it is bette to start work after school and gain experience in the worl of work. How far do you agree or disagree with the above views?

In the current society, there is an ingrained concept about studying at the
university
, most people believe it is a safe way to be successful in professional life. I think it is true in certain areas, while in other areas a degree is not so necessary.
To begin
with, a
university
degree means for many people to be more prepared and qualified to face some challenges at
work
. Professionals
such
as doctors and nurses could not
work
without a diploma, because these kinds of careers require studying for more than four or five years, demonstrating knowledge and experience in order to get a good job. Even, more if they go out from a well-known
university
they could have more and better opportunities than others. From my own experience, as I am a registered nurse, without a diploma from the
university
I could not have the chance to get my job at the clinic.
Therefore
, I could not dream to apply for a vacancy in the United States and improving the quality of life for me and my family.
On the other hand
, there are some people, who have a good sense of business, they did not go to
university
, neither studied for five years in order to be successful.
Nevertheless
, they started to
work
after school, gain a lot of experience and set their own project. My father,
for example
, could not finish his primary school, he started working at an early age, learned how to become wood into beautiful pieces of art and furniture, he was recognized as one of the best carpenters in my city, he earned good money and as he passed away almost a year ago, he has been remembered for his customers and family. To sum up, it is possible to have a good job without getting a college degree, probably it increases the chances to be hired for a company, but it is not completely required to be successful in the world of
work
.
