in a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities.Other believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport.

Transportation plays an important role in connecting people and improving the well-being of the population. It is debatable whether the huge investment should be spent on building the line for high-speed
trains
connecting between towns, or enhancing the remaining public
vehicles
. In
this
essay, both views will be elaborated in detail, followed by my personal opinion. On the one hand, constructing the networking lines for a high-speed train has numerous benefits.
First
of all, these modern
vehicles
are more convenient and faster
vehicles
compared to old public buses or
trains
resulting in saving substantial time for travelling.
Secondly
, the train station can develop the economy of the cities where they are located by being the new tourist place, and being a logistic hub for distributing the local products.
For example
, Shinkansen, the bullet
trains
in Japan, can take passengers from Tokyo to Kyoto in just by 2 hours.
Moreover
, Kyoto gained the vast majority of income from tourists since having Shinkansen. According to the aforementioned advantages, modern railways should be constructed for the future.
On the other hand
, it takes a huge amount of budget to build the high-speed rail link, so it may be better to renovate and improve the existing public
vehicles
due to using significantly less money to implement.
Moreover
, renovating the old transport is sustainable for the environment because
this
refers to reusing and recycling, which do not consume the natural resources for building the new ones.
For instance
, the authority can transform the fuel consuming engine of conventional
trains
to be electric
trains
, which are driven by the battery.
As a result
, a huge budget is saved. To sum up,
although
railways for fast speed train need a substantial amount of finance to construct, I presumably support the view of constructing it as its benefits to people outweigh the advantages of improving the existing transportation.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
