Dear John,
I have recently joined one of your evening

class
which I have enrolled for is an evening class
, taken up by you on every alternate days
of the week from 5:00 P.M to 6:00 P.M. The majority of the topics covered are bread baking, Indian curries and French cuisine.
I really appreciate the way you impart your knwledge to each and every student and answer their queries. In fact, I loved your latest lecture on Christmas cake mixing and adore it very much. Change to a singular noun
day
However
, there is a problem that have arised and I am finding it difficult to attend your live classes. My mother has met with a minor accident and is asked to take the bed rest for almost a month. Being the only son of her, I have to be present with her all the time.
I would love to attend your classes on a regular basis but due this
unavaoidable circumstances I would not be able to mark my attendance in your class
. It would be a great help if I you could differ my 1 month course for this
duration, where I am unable to make to the class
. There are still 14 lectures remaining which contains topic on Indian curries, which I would not want to miss out. It would be a great help if you could consider my request and allow me in such
special circumstances.
Hope to hear from you soon on a positive note.
Yours truly
