Another interesting period of my life
was in Germany. After studying Hotel
and Restaurant Management in a vocational college for six months, I spent two months in a resort on the Baltic sea called Ahlbeck. I worked there as a waitress at a hotel
for four hours at breakfast time
and four hours at dinner time
. After work
on some days, I could hardly go upstairs to my room on the fourth floor. But when I saw hotel
guests smiling with satisfaction because I knew in advance what they wanted to eat or drink, it made me forget about my tiredness. One day
of my work
was very special. It was lunchtime and I was setting tables when an elegant old man suddenly came to me and hugged me. I blushed from his unexpected expression of warmth.
Good earnings gave me a chance to take lessons at The Asian Language
Center. Actually, learning Asian languages is quite expensive in Georgia
and not everyone can afford it. You may wonder why I chose to learn Korean

itself, its speech melody, especially when my lovely Korean
teachers speak. Another important reason is I have noticed that Koreans are interested in Georgia
