These days in many countries fewer and fewer people want to become teachers particulary in secondry school. What are the reasons for this and how could the problem be solved.

is decreasing dramatically especially for teaching in secondary

could be for several reasons. There is much that can be done to address the

constructively.

Firstly

one of the conspicuous reasons for

's salary is the lowest in comparison to other occupations.

would create multiple troubles in

' life and they need to find another job to earn more money.

may want to disobey and make anarchy.
