In my opinion, it could be argued that both the government and citizens should take responsibility for these problems. , citizen in the country can change their routine by using fabric bags or reusing the goods when they go shopping or doing activities outdoor. If each person does it, it can be reduced waste. Not only citizens but the ministry should announce the policy or the law for the country because some

do not consider the environmentally friendly if it is not illegal.
